Michelle 

Shell is the co owner and director of the salon. She's Valleys bright, bubbly, down to earth surfer girl. She has over 20 years experience under her belt so can do it all, but copper hair is her thing. You will find Shell barefoot on the beach with her dog Lacey and her partner Dan in her spare time.

Alyce

Alyce is the co owner and director alongside Shell, with her infectious laugh and joy for creating beautiful hair. With over 21 years of doing hair Alyce can do it all!  Alyce's time spent out of salon is camping with her fiance Todd and their little boy, Levi. 

Sharni

Sharni is a dedicated Senior Stylist with a sharp eye for detail and a love for creativity. Whether it’s a bold transformation or a subtle refresh, sharni takes pride in helping clients feel confident and look beautiful through personalized styling and bespoke colour. Influenced by her travels and working abroad she draws fresh inspiration to her work. Let’s create something beautiful

Emma

Emma has 20+ years in the hair industry and loves everything hair! She's an absolute all rounder who's passionate about making people look and feel their best.

She's a super skilled stylist who literally can do it all. 

Emma is a proud wife and mum of two gorgeous kiddo's. When she's not in the salon you'll find her at a spin class, coaching netball, keeping active with her kidding or enjoying a well-earned cocktail.

Sam

Sam has 13 years experience in the hair industry. She specialises in creating effortless blondes, rich brunettes, healthy hair, precision short cuts & bouncy blowouts you’ll love.

Originally from the UK, Sam moved to Australia 2 years ago and has been loving the lifestyle ever since. From beach days to dining out with a cocktail in hand, we can see why she fits in so well with the Valley team.
